  Really great gym. Have to take a look for yourself. From the outside it looks a bit small but once you get a tour of it, it's really big. They have about 5 squat racks, a good amount of machines. The staff is very friendly and for the most part people who go to this gym have really good etiquette. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gym.

  Dr. John Beall and his team of deep tissue massage therapists, especially Aleta and Kiko are amazing at what they do. I would highly recommend them hands down. Every time I needed help with my injuries. They were all able to help me heal and become even better and stronger than before. I trust them completely.
