In addition to certification from The National Council for Personal Training Certification, Melissa holds a 500 hour certificate in the YogaWorks Method. After being introduced to Yoga Tune Up® in 2013, Melissa knew she had found a life-changing approach to mobility and pain relief. She has since completed the YTU Level 1 Certification, The Roll Model® Method – Ball Sequencing and Innovation Certification and continues to study with Jill Miller, Creator of Yoga Tune Up®. Most recently, Melissa has added TRX Suspension Training to her certification and is currently continuing her TRX education. Melissa combines the use of various modalities to bring her clients to a state of deep body awareness, strength and vitality while reducing pain, discomfort and stress.
