Experience the Pilates reformer in a small group setting then add other small equipment. This class is designed with your specific needs in mind. It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Adding rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels and you will develop strength, and flexibility all in one class. Space is limited to 8 students. This enables our instructor to correct and modify for all fitness levels and ages.

The term vinyasa means "to place with intention." In a vinyasa style class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies at the pace of the breath. This class is an introduction to the vinyasa style and will incorporate fundamental yoga postures into the sun salutation, moving at a slow, steady pace to get used to the flow. Expect a strong emphasis on developing a steady breath and to move continuously, with brief holds in postures. Familiarity with basic yoga postures is highly recommended, but no experience with vinyasa yoga is necessary.

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Get ready to move through a maximum of 5 stations of TRX straps, RIP sticks, kettle bells, medicine balls and either jump ropes or sand bags in this multi-station, multi-modality, multi-calorie-burning and multi-sweat drop work out. Instructor will choose the frame up and direction of the stations.

This Pilates class takes the traditional reformer work and combines it with the Jumpboard. This intense reformer classes jumps up your heart rate as it develops core strength, hip stability, and intense footwork. The class is structured to challenge our more experienced students. 8 participants in each class enable our instructor to correct form and modify exercises for each student.
Upcoming Pilates Reformer Jumpboard classes
Your body was designed to move. We lose that at some point, usually from sitting at a desk all day or maybe after an injury or overuse or improper movement. This class will help get your body moving the way it was intended to. Classes use all types of balls, rollers and other objects to make you pliable once again.

Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. participants range from beginner to advanced.
